By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy:

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a No Call / No Show.

A 100% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will be automatically charged to the card on file for any cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

Clients who no call / no show may have future booking privileges revoked or limited at management’s discretion.

Clients arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time will automatically forfeit their appointment, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.

Please understand that arriving late affects the schedule for other clients and may prevent me from providing the service properly.

A valid card on file is required for all bookings. By scheduling an appointment, you authorize us to charge the card on file for applicable cancellation, late, or no-show fees in accordance with this policy.


I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
